Through gentle, instructive touch, your practitioner will guide you to explore previously unconsidered movement options, fostering new awareness and deep physical learning. During a hands-on, fully clothed session on a low padded Feldenkrais table, you'll experience a greater sense of freedom, leading to improved posture, enhanced comfort, and increased flexibility, movement, and breathing.
Feldenkrais: Magic Roll (50 min)
Using a special firm, yet soft, blanket roll you will discover how to free your spine, neck and hip joints to unlock real core flexibility. Discover how to gain total back comfort and care for the rest of your life!
InBody Composition Analyser
The InBody 570 machine offers a detailed and insightful analysis of your body composition, assessing key elements such as water, fat, protein, muscle, bone mineral, and more. In just under two minutes, you'll receive a comprehensive report that breaks down your body composition in an easily understandable format. This advanced scan goes beyond surface measurements, revealing the weight of lean muscle mass in each limb, which can help identify any postural imbalances that may need to be addressed. It also provides valuable insights into your levels of body fat and skeletal muscle mass, along with girth measurements, enabling you to see how your diet, lifestyle, and training regimen impact your overall body composition. To further enhance your understanding of these results, follow-up sessions are conducted in a group workshop setting. This collaborative environment encourages discussion on potential strategies and pathways for improvement, empowering you to take informed steps toward achieving your health and wellness goals.
